“Shymyr” is a Kazakh-language AI assistant. The app is published by Шымыр (ИП Мұрал Тұран), Алматы, Қазақстан. Questions: support@shymyr-ai.kz.

Shymyr does not track you across other apps or websites. No IDFA, no SKAdNetwork, no third-party trackers.
To process your request and return an answer we share data with the following services. They use the data only during processing:
| Anthropic (Claude API, US) | AI response generation. Message content is sent for processing, not retained for model training. |
| OpenAI (GPT/Codex API, US) | fallback AI generation (when Anthropic is unavailable) and recognized-speech correction. Message content is sent for processing, not retained for model training. |
| Yandex Cloud (SpeechKit, RU/KZ) | Kazakh speech-to-text. Audio is transmitted only at processing time. |
| ElevenLabs (TTS, US) | agent reply voicing. Only the text of the chosen audio summary block is sent. |
Chat history and assistant memory are kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete the account, all data is removed from the server within 30 days.
The service is not intended for children under 13. On parental request we delete the account immediately.
When this policy is updated the date on this page changes. We will notify you in the app about material changes.
