The service is available from age 13. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your password.
Text, photos and audio you send remain yours. Shymyr uses them only to deliver the service. The Shymyr app, design and codebase belong to Шымыр (ИП Мұрал Тұран).
“Log out” and “Delete account” buttons are available in-app. Deletion is immediate; server-side full cleanup completes within 30 days.
The service is provided “as is”. Shymyr makes no warranty of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from model errors or availability of third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages is limited.
Shymyr may add, change or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app.
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Almaty.
